I’ve been out riding the MUni (mountain unicycle) in the cow pasture here a few times now.  I’ve discovered that the pasture makes for excellent training grounds; the cow pies create an obstacle course (I like to turn it into a slalom course) and there is great incentive to not fall.  I also seem to provide some entertainment to the naturally curious bovine spectators.
