We have arrived in Banff! Yesterday, my uncle realized that our six-day road trip covered about the same distance as I plan to ride this summer. He has been taking great pleasure in reminding me of this with increasing frequency. Actually, the 2,754-mile mark (the length of the Great Divide Route) put us about 45 miles outside of Banff. I snapped this picture of the BIG mountains looming in the distance.
Saw you on Goat Creek Trail today in Banff. All the kids in the bike club were talking about ‘that crazy guy riding a unicycle to Mexico!!!’
